Fred Roa is also Public Accountant with over ten years experience in public accounting. He is also an Investment Banker with over 20 years experience as supervisory analyst for over 300 business valuation and acquisition engagements.

Fred has advised hundreds of companies in their sales, marketing, and acquisition strategies. His expertise lies in assessing a company's current situation, implementing a financial plan based upon company goals and objectives, and making certain the plan remains consistent with those goals.
