Gilbert J. Gonzalez, President of Campaign Specialties Ltd, Japan and Managing Director of International Ventures Japan, has lived in Japan since 1989. An experienced instructor in English education, Gilbert managed a group of English conversation schools from 1991 to 1997. He also served in the United States Marine Corps where he received numerous awards for outstanding job performance, including two Navy Achievement Medals.

Gilbert is a very capable administrator who is experienced in the sales of services and products to the private and public sectors. He understands the concerns of these sectors with respect to the development of a competitive market, internal organization, product/service delivery, and labor force needs. He knows the value of teamwork, is a natural motivator and leader, and a dynamic public relations expert.

As President of Campaign Specialties, an advertising, marketing, and promotions company, Gilbert brings to International Ventures Japan his expertise in marketing-sales management, business planning and marketing research. His extensive experience with the local market, business community, and government provides him with a deep and insightful understanding of marketing, sales and business in Japan.
