Sal has over 16 years of systems management experience with technological companies, ranging from software and hardware installation to network configurations and design of technical architectures to meet the security needs of clients. He gained his technological expertise as Information Systems Coordinator with the United States Marine Corps where he managed and supervised the maintenance and operations of various operating systems and configurations, including their Asian variations. He also managed, operated, and configured crypto machines and other related equipment used to maintain highly secured conferences between high-ranking officials.
With his in-depth understanding of IT requirements and its role in business growth and development, Sal has built an outstanding reputation as a Network/Computer Analyst in Japanese companies such as SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) and Next Communications Systems. He continued to hone his technological skills as Security Officer at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities and thereafter as Chief Security Architect at NTT Communications, Global Professional Services.

His technological expertise is matched by an equally impressive educational background including an Associate of Arts in Japanese Studies, an Associate of Arts in General Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies, minor in Psychology at the University of Maryland.
